Ah, you guys. I have been baking, cleaning, crafting, shopping, exercising, and birthday-partying-up a storm lately. Seriously, no time to blog.
But I am feeling, oh so good, and happy, and enjoying the busyness AND the anticipation of hosting 30 of the people I love most in the world in my Home for Thanksgiving!! What a blessing~!
Here's a picture of one of the views of the morning sky on my walk this morning. Beautiful. Subtle, but pretty. The colors are brighter in real life!
I am thankful that Steve gave up his normal workout time so that I could get into the habit of working out again. I feel refreshed and more energized...and more capable of doing what is required of me every day.
And so much has been required lately, but I love it. Anyway...
My Mormon Mom Planner for 2014 came today.
At least I think that is what this thing is called.
It really is all it's cracked up to be, but it's kind of thick for better or for worse...better probably!
I only wish on the website they didn't bill it as "cute" because while it is indeed pretty, it is so much more than that...it is a way to keep your mind focused on what matters most to Mothers who know. And as a "planner" all my life, I am soooo excited to plan our many adventures in the coming year using this very personalized tool (including a family reunion just six months from now....oh, boy!)
Have a great weekend!
I love these planners! I have the school year one, and it truly is wonderful. :)

ReplyDeleteAlso Thanksgiving for 30! Crazy and fun! We had 25 people or so for thanksgiving last year. It was the best. I love cooking and preparing food. And I absolutely love the entire idea of Thanksgiving.
finally - you live in PA, right? I grew up in PA - Chester county (just west of Philadelphia)...my heart aches for PA, especially this time of year. beautiful.
