10...the number of days that I am counting down until I attend the East-Coast Yoga for Congo Event.
1 hour and 29 minutes...the time that it takes to get to the Carlisle Ribbon Mill from my house where the Yoga for Congo Event will be held.
14...the number of times I want to hug The Sleepy Time Gal for her amazing work organizing Boxes to Ishinomaki at the same time that she is hosting Yoga for Congo.
zero...the number of times that I have done "downward facing dog" since the year 1997.
infinity...the number of hugs, slugs, and hi-how-the-heck-are-yas that I have for any of my bloggy friends who meet me at the Ribbon Mill next Friday night (the 29th) for Yoga for Congo!
Oh, I hope you have a wonderful time. It sounds amazing.
ReplyDeletesounds wonderful!!!
ReplyDeletewell, I will be missing this fun event, but wish I was going. I love yoga.
ReplyDeleteOh you haven't done yoga till you've tried Antigravity Yoga! It's fantastic. If you're ever out in Utah, let me know and I will treat you to a class. It's yoga in a hammock hanging from the ceiling. It's the bomb dot com, and I lost 40 lbs doing it (and I started at over 300 lbs, so clearly it is safe because I didn't break my neck or any of the hammock equipment! hehe)
ReplyDeleteIf I were around, I'd definitely be there!
ReplyDelete=)
I can't wait to meet you. Thank you for posting this! :)
ReplyDeleteOooh! I wish I could go :)) I love me some yoga.
