My blog has been mighty lonely this summer, so I thought I'd post this picture taken (by my 3-year-old son) last week at Family Home Evening. As you can see, my baby is practicing walking and getting ready to take her first steps on her own. I am holding her from behind as she hesitantly moves toward my neighbor. As I look at this photo, I think about how many helping hands it takes just to teach one person to walk...and how fortunate we are if we have people around us with reliable hands to guide us in our early years and always.

Cute picture, Jocelyn and lovely sentiments.
ReplyDeleteShe has grown beautifully. I miss you all. Tomorrow I am going to check on your Mom and her broken ankle. I want to make sure she's okay and to see if she needs my help in anything. Can I be a part of Conner's blog fan club? Hugs.
ReplyDeleteAre you okay...miss your gospel posts.
