Time to Celebrate Family

It's coming...

The 3rd Annual Celebration of
The Family: A Proclamation to the World

"CELEBRATE FAMILY"
will take place
September 17-30th, 2012.

Family Proclamation

Grab a button and spread the word, won't you?

Guest posts will appear daily for two weeks on the following host blogs:
We Talk of Christ, We Rejoice in Christ

The celebration will bring you many wonderful posts with resources to help you strengthen your family, such as the one posted by Montserrat today with
tools to help you memorize the Family Proclamation:

memorize the proclamation

Again this year, we will host special blog hops where you will have the opportunity to blog about your experiences with family and the proclamation.  There will also be prizes.  Comment on any of the guest posts that we publish daily to be entered to win.

The Blog Hop schedule is as follows:

Wednesday, September 19th:  FHE/Crafts about the Family Proclamation

Sunday, September 23rd:  Share your personal thoughts about family or experiences with the Proclamation.

Wednesday, September 26th:  Photo Essay.  Please write a post sharing photos of your family or photos that help illustrate what The Family Proclamation means to you.

The following  bloggers will be guest posting for me during the celebration:

Melanie Day of Sugardoodle

James Goldberg of Mormon Midrashim

Kristin Russell of Inkablinka

Steve Dalton of Mormon Wookiee

Illustrator, Jessica W. Clark

I also found Elder Ballard's talk from the most recent General Conference to be full of insights as to why we need to make family a priority in our lives.

Give it a listen below, and have a great Sunday!
