Shamrock Bracelet Tutorial

Autumn and I had such fun today...and for the first time four-year-old Autumn has a craft to share with you!  She came up with it all by herself!  Isn't she so sweet and so creative?

Here is how you make Shamrock Bracelets for St. Patrick's Day with just green beads and pipe cleaners:

Put green pony beads on one regular-sized green pipe cleaner.  Leave about 2.5 inches on each end.  Twist the ends together.  Now shape the ends into two loops and twist those together.  Now twist about another 2.5 inches of pipe cleaner to the group to add another loop.  Lastly, push the middle of your loops down until it looks like a heart and together the three loops resemble a clover.  Voila!!!  You're finished!

Guess what guys?  I swept my kitchen tonight, and found beads scattered to the four corners and hiding in so many crevices...and do you know what this means????

We've officially moved in!

Although we have many more boxes to unpack, it now feels like our house...because it just wouldn't BE our house without a little glitter, beads, and paper scraps hiding in the places you'd least expect! :)

    1. Just a new house in the same town! We love it and best of all the kids didn't have to change schools or anything! But there are sooooo many boxes. Funny how it was easier packing the boxes and unpacking...this is going to take a while! :)

    1. Great, have fun with them! It's actually pretty cute. Wouldn't mind wearing on myself...since I'm not a big green fan! This will at least keep the leprechauns away!

On a side note, I've missed your regular posts. I'm so glad you've been busy with your sweet Honor and moving to your new house, but I wanted you to know how much I enjoy your posts and hearing about your family. Take care!

    1. Yes, it's so easy, I love pipe cleaners for that reason...no glue or extra strings of any kind required!
