It's Christmas All Over Again...

You probably didn't even notice, but I've been blogging with a handicap for six months now.

The Dell Laptop that my husband gave me for Christmas last year went up in flames (literally) back in June, and I've been making due sharing his laptop ever since.

Well...as fate would have it...I finally opened some "junk mail" that indicated that my laptop was under warranty for parts (don't ask me why we didn't know this before!)...so I had it fixed.  And it arrived today via UPS!

I signed for it and then yelled "woohooooooooo!" right in the poor UPS guy's face.
Sorry, UPS guy, I was just overcome with emotion.

I think as my first order of business...I'll video chat with my Mom!

It's been way, way, way too long!

What's funny is that my messenger status still says "Merry Christmas"!

Sorry about the many random posts recently, but I'm so HAPPY!

Just had to share.

(Oh, and I've gotta post some more make-up posts on our Christmas book list...so stay tuned...and if it's getting to be too much for you...DELETE is your friend.  Use it!)

  1. You're adorable! I can totally picture you scaring the UPS guy- you probably made his day!

  2. It's hard when one of your friends goes to the doctor and is "sick" for a while. It is especially relieving when the friend comes back and returns the friendship. I'm glad that you've had a chance to become reacquainted.

  3. Woohoo! My Silhouette should be showing up on my doorstep today so my UPS man (or woman) will be getting the same treatment! Woohoo!
